A complex, beautifully structured Tempranillo vinified from a select parcel of our vineyard and matured over two winters with generous bottle age. Notes of mulberry, cassis, raspberry and black cherry mingle with spice, vanilla, dried fruits, tobacco leaf and leather. The palate offers mouth‑watering acidity and rich, concentrated flavours that linger long after each sip.

Despite the challenges, good quality wines with more restrained fruit profiles and much higher acidity were produced. Cooler conditions and careful management resulted in wines with finesse and longevity potential.
Tempranillo pairs beautifully with tomato-based dishes such as pasta and pizza, as well as grilled meats, barbecue, smoky dishes and richly seasoned Mediterranean food. For cheese, semi-hard sheep’s milk styles are ideal — especially Manchego.

Serve at room temperature, ideally 15–18°C.

This wine will benefit from being decanted for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Drinking well now, with the structure and depth to cellar confidently for 10+ years, developing softer tannins, savoury spice and earthy complexity over time.
