Savoury, textured and beautifully balanced, this 100% whole-bunch Garnacha is gently pressed to a 65% yield and naturally fermented in 1,000L clay amphora. Amphora ageing preserves Grenache’s pure fruit, while natural malolactic fermentation brings harmony and length.
