2025 'La Rosabel' Amphora Grenache Rosé

Rosé Wine · 13.3% Alc. · 750ml · Vegan

$28.00

Savoury, textured and beautifully balanced, this 100% whole-bunch Garnacha is gently pressed to a 65% yield and naturally fermented in 1,000L clay amphora. Post-ferment, it returns to amphora for several months’ maturation, with occasional stirring. Amphora ageing preserves Grenache’s pure fruit, while natural malolactic fermentation brings harmony and length.

A fast, warm vintage that rewarded timing, precision and decisive vineyard work. Expect wines of clarity, energy and strong varietal expression: whites with vibrant acidity and fresh, detailed fruit; reds with boldness, depth and structure held in balance.
Pair with Mediterranean dishes, grilled prawns, paella, tomato-based seafood stews, charcuterie, roast chicken, tuna, salmon, grilled vegetables, herbed couscous, olives and salty cheeses. Its savoury texture also works beautifully with Catalan-style cannelloni, tapas and dishes with paprika, saffron or gentle spice.

Serve chilled, around 8–10 degrees Celsius. Avoid serving too cold, as a little warmth helps the texture, savoury detail and amphora character open in the glass.
This Grenache Rosé is built with more texture and savoury structure than a simple early-drinking rosé. It is drinking beautifully now, but amphora maturation, full malolactic fermentation and fine phenolic texture should allow it to develop extra savoury complexity over the next 3 to 5 years.
