It is fair to say that Covid-19 has changed the way we all do business. To continue to deliver exceptional service, door-to-door, Australia-wide, the way we ship our wine has also changing.


Delivery

We ship all orders via Aramex Couriers (formerly Fastway) and/or Australia Post. Currently, we only ship goods within Australia. Should you require international shipment, please contact us at: [email protected]

Kindly allow 4-6 working days for delivery to be made. Remote regional areas may take a while longer. You will be supplied with a parcel tracking number, once shipment leaves our premises.

Delivery must be made to a person - aged 18 years and over - even if the person accepting the parcel is not the person who placed the order. By placing an order with Weathercraft Wines, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 years and it is legal that they purchase alcohol. The courier delivering the wine may check identification. Wine will not be delivered to a person unable to prove they are 18 years or over.

Please advise, at the time of ordering, any delivery instructions which may apply within the 'Delivery Instruction' field in checkout. A calling card will be left if delivery is unable to be made. Your wine will then need to be collected from your local post office/parcel connect point - please follow the instructions on the calling card. Weathercraft Wines, Aramex and/or Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended if you provide written authority to leave parcel unattended at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING Aust. wide for purchases over AU$300 - otherwise a flat fee of $15 will be charged at the time of purchase.

LOCAL PICK-UP from our Cellar Door is available for selection at checkout and is FREE.

Dry area restrictions

Weathercraft Wines will not deliver to any area deemed a 'dry zone' under Australian law, please do not attempt to order wine for delivery to these areas; your order will be refused.


Returns

Our returns policy is 21 days from purchase. If 21 days have lapsed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition it was received in and it must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of receipt whether your refund has been accepted. If approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Allow 4-5 business days from approval for credit to reach your specified bank account.


Late or missing refunds

If after 4-5 business days, you have not received your refund - please check with your bank directly. There can often be delays before a refund is successfully processed. If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at: [email protected]


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.


Exchanges

We will only replace damaged items. 'Not liking a wine' is not a valid reason for exchange. If you need to exchange, please contact us within 21 days of your order date at: [email protected] and send your damaged item to address below.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs, if applied at the time of your original purchase, are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive your returned item, we cannot refund your original purchase or any part thereof.
